Delbert Stewart, known as Deb, was a farmer and teacher in Fallon, Nevada, until 1961, when he moved to Las Vegas and began working with concrete. Seven years later, he was ready to go into business placing curbs and gutters.
In 1968, Delbert Stewart and his brothers, Mark and Dick, started General Concrete, a concrete placement company in Las Vegas, Nevada. The impressive service and workmanship we're known for started here.
